Hate every version of this, both the app and the desktop. Every time I have to log onto Starrez a piece of my soul dies

This thing never works
Not user friendly
The app itself is entirely different from the website to the point where each has their own function. It force closes every time you exit out, check a notification, or use other tools on your phone. Disorganized doesn’t begin to describe this application and you could get more benefit from using anything else, even a simple app like excel.

App crashes on launch on iPhoneXR after last update.
Forced close
The app has been forcefully closing multiple times in my job that requires me to use it. It needs an immediate fix.

Every possible thing that could possibly go wrong with this app goes wrong. It is the opposite of user friendly, in fact I feel personally victimized by StarRez. I could not NOT ENDORSE this app enough.
