This App Needs an Update

This app is frustratingly complicated to use. It is not user friendly and it crashes almost every time I open it. The search engine is broken; when I need to look someone up, it shows the booking history of everyone that has ever lived in the building instead. I need the app to show me the person I am looking for, not irrelevant information. PLEASE update this app and fix all the bugs.

Dumbest App in the World.

I don't understand why my university has us using this app. The login is completely complicated and not user friendly. And this just takes unnecessary space on my phone.

But The barcode scanning feature is convenient.
