Why can’t I access content with a paid subscription

Have an active subscription, they’re taking my money, but I still get the “you’ve reached the limit of free articles, please subscribe” I miss getting it in print on base, was much better in print.

Worst App!

I’m a longtime digital subscriber. This app won’t open on my iPad, so it does nothing to load content. Deleted from iPad and downloaded it again, but same result. Why hasn’t this been fixed?
