A fantastic image comparison product - for target shooters
Sometimes when paper target shooting the target can get so cluttered with holes it’s difficult to tell where the last shot landed even with a secondary spotter looking straight at it. By turning up the image subtraction in negative image mode any changes are immediately highlighted making this the best & as far as I am aware only digital target spotter on the I Apple market. Understandably this is not what the product was designed for & there is a bit of fiddling to take & import photos between shots but I would encourage the developer to diversify this product into a fully automated spotter that triggers on the bang or at the push of a button & highlight the changes between successive shots on the Apple Watch screen so as not to disturb the aiming position. Note - to use this as a spotter you will need to mount your iPad or iPhone on a spotting scope with one of the many aftermarket scope/phone mounts to get a clear enough image to reliably process the result.

Response from developer
Thank you for your very interesting message and compliments for your idea. Stars Blinker App was made and is mostly used in Search of Extragalactic Supernovae / Novae and actually suceeded in finding and confirm some Transients. May you please contact me at info@impararegiocando.it? I would like to know some details in order to start testing. I’m very new in this field, but I was thinking if a digital target spotter could as well track the order of the shots, calculate, keep, show scores etc.
