I’m just wondering why it says “ The network is unstable

Don’t USE APP

This app doesn’t work. Downloaded it and Chinese characters popped up. Closed app several times and it still appeared. Can even use the app because of the Chinese characters on the screen. I don’t think this app is for our region maybe or it just doesn’t work.
