点个外卖等了3个小时，而且无处投诉，没人接电话，也取消不了，只能饿着等3个小时，有事要出门也没办法，新加坡的外卖平台，真是受够了，一次都是几十新币

这么垃圾的app还有人给五星
服务差外卖送的速度经常1小时起步就算了
买的会员app一升级没了，客服也不管不回消息

真差的软件

第一次也是最后一次使用星食客，体验真差，用餐体验一点都不美好
晚上6.33下的单，写的预计7.33送达，但现在都还没收到，也已经查过了骑手发的超时时间
1.送餐不准时，超出预计送餐时间27分钟
2.软件不会显示送餐员位置，追踪不到位置信息
3.联系不上司机，只会在超时后给你发一条食物送达时间，并且是超时后的时间
4.投诉的时候，客服态度尚可，但处理不了问题
5.保证不了送达时间就不要乱写
最后，我不是为了花钱找罪受。建议星食客改进app，加强员工能力，搞好商家与骑手的交接细节
