A careers and guidance service that connects schools and students with employment opportunities. Schools can enroll students who can then access extensive lists of employment opportunities such as work experience, apprenticeships and paid employment. Users can upload media to their profile to evidence skills, experience and talents that employers may look for to fill job roles. The skills match function enables user to search for opportunities that specifically match their skills and experience, while also enabling employers to also search for prospective employees who match the criteria. Schools can access a range of educational careers resources such as articles and videos to evidence compliance with the Gatsby benchmark by engaging with employers. The system allows safe contact between students and employers for real life careers advice, overseen by the school moderator to ensure safeguarding.
