Playback error + Downloafd
constantly having downloading issues where the movies/shows finish and say downloaded and then appear to be NOT downloaded. playback error always popping up, not able to watch anything or even use the app. fix it please!
Won’t Work On MacBook - Playback Error
Just got my subscription yesterday and it wont work on my MacBook. It keeps saying playback error and now it wont even let me uninstall the app from my computer. I only got the subscription because they said they fixed their problems but clearly that was a lie.
It’s great if you know how to use it properly
A lot of reviews are based on services and not the app itself. Most of them talk about buffering and lag etc. These are written by people who don’t understand how this works. The app is a great interface for a playlist when plugged in. If you have a good service you will have a good experience, and vice versa. Great app, I’ve been using for several years now with no complaints.

VPN
For everyone saying it doesn’t work u need to pay for a VPN and it’ll work flawlessly. Way cheaper than cable if u buy yearly packages. Buy a monthly vpn and the subscription and just try it I swear.
Playback Errors and App Problems
My streaming provider strongly suggests you use this app. In a way, the guide intervention is great. The GUI is nice. What I don’t like is the continual persistent problems with the all. When I call my providers tech support, they blame the app. Idk. Just frustrating.

Perfection
Perfect interface, the customer service is just impeccable, and it’s so seamless. We bought a new Apple TV after our old one was fried. Only to find out Startup Show was taken off the Apple TV menu!! Unfortunately, their other app interfaces are hard to maneuver, over engineered, and I worry I might have a virus on my TV seeing the black app with a red “X” logo. Definitely will miss this for tv’s

One Piece
I have noticed that their isn’t one piece on this app, their are a lot of fans fighting to get the anime so I advise adding it, that will attract a lot more customers quickly.
Nothing on screen
You can’t even watch anything without “playback error” showing up multiple times. Worst app ever and a total waste of your money don’t even bother.
Great App - Desperately needs content restrictions
I have been using this app for a few years and it has been getting better and better. But it is time that some sort of parental control was added. Even the ability to hide certain questionable movies from the main screen would be great. Or a rating filter. Currently there is nothing. Please add as soon as possible and this app would be perfect.

Doesn’t work
Works well for my wife’s phone for my phone won’t go past the log on screen keeps resetting back to log on screen over an over again.
