Account progress
I hadn’t played in a month or so and when I come back, EVERYTHING ON MY ACCOUNT WAS GONE. And I cannot get it back… I had soo much stuff and have spend quite a bit of money. And the fact that all that progress is gone is absolutely heartbreaking and upsetting…
connection error
yes this game is really good but every time i try to play it there a connection error as if i wasn’t connected to the internet which i am but i don’t know what to do i've turned off my phone turned off my wifi i’ve deleted the app i’ve tried everything but it’s still not working
Great game…. But Bug Needs To Be Addressed Immediately!
This is an amazing game I love ateez and STARWAY in general. But today, it crashed suddenly and I keep getting this error code (50008) and it’s saying my network connection is lost. I am connected to wifi and I deleted it, reinstalled it, and restarted my phone. Nothing is working and I really do not want to stop playing this game.

Okay but needs improvements to make it great
EDIT—Some updates were finally made to a few of the items previously stated, however now the difficulty of levels makes it nearly impossible to play. It doesn’t matter if the level is normal or hard, it takes days or sometimes weeks to be able to pass a level now, even if boost are used. Moved from 2 stars to 1. — I will say the game is fun however there are many improvements needed to make me want to play more. 1st anytime you finish a level it takes you back to the main screen, it’s annoying because it takes forever and in the rare chance you earn a level booster, like a rocket, you waste the time limit going back and forth, just add the option to automatically go to the next level or at least a button to choose between going to the Home Screen or the next level. 2nd for drawing cards it forces you to watch and ad first even if you have tickets, it should be optional to watch an ad as a bonus if you want to and there is no variety. 3rd there have been no challenges for new items since the game came out and had the limited Halazia set other than birthday updates and that’s nothing but draw boxes. Last but not least 4th you cannot access the inbox or any other items from the top bar, doesn’t matter where you click nothing happens and it’s been like that for awhile, you will see a red notice saying you have something but no option to actually see it.

Can’t play after update
Was so excited to play the outlaw event but after the update I can’t play anymore. I keep getting error messages making it impossible to play. Hope they fix it soon so I can participate in the event.

Frustrating
I’ve been stuck on one level for 2-3 weeks. I like the game but they make it nearly impossible to get to the next level. When you get unlimited bombs, rockets or mirror ball you only get one. There are not many directions to let you know how to play the game. I’m so frustrated with this game.
Frustrating you cannot open messages
Not sure which update broke it but I have been unable to look at the inbox or really click in any icons on that top bar, it shows a little flash of red showing I am tapping in that area but it does nothing. :(
Mail?
I just started playing so this may be user error but how do I open my mail? The game is cute none the less and it seems easy to progress, I just cannot get my cards or other stuff from my mail which is a little sad :(
Stan Ateez
I really like the game, some levels are a bit challenging, but over all I love it. I really like that it has voice overs, that’s pretty cool. The only thing I don’t like is that it has repetitive music, like why can’t they change it up? Also, how do you get more photo cards? I only have one and I’m on level 50. I don’t know how to gain photo cards. Getting diamonds is hard, you have to buy them and I accidentally wasted some of mine thinking I would get more. That’s my fault tho, but I’m confused on how you get diamonds. The game hasn’t crashed at all for me, I love that. Honestly I love that game but it’s kind of complicated, at the beginning they tell you where to click to see certain stuff, I didn’t skip any of that and I still forgot where I can check my tokens. I’ve gained a lot of tokens doing daily challenges but I don’t know where to check to see my tokens the way I can check to see what photo cards I have.

Awesome!!
I downloaded the game and I had no issues with it until yesterday when I purchased more Dia I got an error stating that it could not launch the app and to try again. I have tried several times to launch it and I still get an error. I had to delete it and I am hoping once I install it again, it will work.

Unable to play game
I’m unable to even play the game. It is stuck on Opening Storage screen.I have uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and still can’t play the game. Since reinstalling it I am getting notifications about getting attendance gifts but can’t get to them because it doesn’t go pass the Opening Storage screen.

The App Keeps Crashing
I love the game, however, the app keeps crashing, and at this point, I haven’t been able to go pass the screen appearing when I click to open the app for almost a day “Checking BuildVersion”. I cannot even reach the home page to start playing the game. There have been no glitches while playing it, thankfully. I believe that the devs should take a better look. I have checked my internet connection several times, turned my phone off and on, and even reinstalled the app. Nothing has changed. Thank you.

Game is unable to open after turning the sounds off
Like another person said, if you turn off the sounds, you can’t reopen it again and you need to delete and redownload. It’s a bit annoying.

game breaks when i turn music off
i play most games without sound so i turn music and sound effects off in starway, but for some reason whenever i do, i can no longer open the game. i have to delete it and reinstall it every time i turn sound off. please fix this!!!
Needs Improvement but theres potential
I see a lot of potential with this game! However- there’s a lot that can be worked on.
1- my major issue is how hard it is to draw a card. The rates are set to 90/10 making it impossible to pull new cards.
2- earning gold and dia takes forever or you pay micro transactions
3- i cant see the grass on some levels
4- very repetitive music
Things i do like:
1) the customization
2) how easy the levels are
3) the voice over (though i wish there was an ot8 option that shuffled the voices
