Great concept
I really enjoy this app. There are some bugs or quirks that should be worked on.
1. It doesn’t always notify me when the “remind me” feature is swiped on. It’ll swipe itself off sometimes when I open the app. Weird lol.
2. I would like a log of when and how many points I used on what transaction. Keep it orderly!
3. I think with each purchase of $50 or more you should get another spin for the wheel. Just a fun opinion for that. That’s all! Thanks :)

Page sticks
I can’t even login because the page doesn’t move. I thought it was just slow like the other pages but the login page I left for 15 minutes and still did not move so I can’t use it.
Sort Feature Not Working
Good app, but impossible to use the “sort” feature. I’ve tried several times to sort by price, and the app won’t allow me to select anything. I have to exit the app entirely because I get trapped in the sort screen. I am using an iPhone SE.
I will never go anywhere else.
I am so happy to now have an app, but even if you’re unsure every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and will never fail with having the best recommendations for any occasion, or medical need. The app has completely changed the game and is so easy to keep track of your reward points. Bonus points to whoever suggested the daily spin!!

Points don’t work
It wants you to log in consecutively to earn points, but they’re never added to your total. Spinning the prize wheel and winning points also does nothing. When I tried to contact customer support through the app nothing happens, it doesn’t take you to a contact page or anything similar.

So far, I’m going to give this app a one star rating. I have tried so many times to log into this app and it will not allow me to do so. I keep getting text messages from the company, and when asked to enter my birthdate, none of the dates provided match my birthday. I can’t login online and I can’t login on the app, even though I have my credentials, so until I can use it, it’s a one star rating for me. Super frustrating as I am missing out on points!
