Non functional app
Doesn’t allow me to even log in. Super frustrating given this means I can’t manage missed lessons etc. Expect better given there is no alternative way to access managing my account.
Can’t log in
I’ve had to log in to the customer portal on the website instead of using the app as whenever I type my email and password, it just stays on a blue screen and nothing loads
Logout issue
The app worked great until it logged me out and wouldn’t allow me to log back in.
It says “invalid login” when I enter my email and password so I attempted to reset my password and it came back with “error requesting email validation”.
This renders the app entirely useless. Very frustrating.
