I’ve had this app for years, but just had to give a recommendation for someone else. If you’re taking the Staten Island Ferry, this app is the best choice. It gives the full schedule, the next ferry, knows what side you’re on, and will even give you a walking route if you’re lost. With that, it can tell you what ferry you’ll make, when you’re far away.

Good for a Quick Check
The next ferry pops up as soon as you open this app. It is not complicated and is not perfect for planning but that is not why I would use this app. If you commute on the Staten Island Ferry on a regular basis, get this app.

Otherwise a good app; but the boat schedule has changed and is no longer accurate.
