Puzzles don’t work
When my son clicks on the different states and navigate through all the learnings, it provides him with a flag puzzle to complete. When he picks up a piece and places it over the correct spot, it tells him to try again. I even tried it and it didn’t work. This app is NOT worth $19.99. Fix the user experience because this is ridiculos

I wanted an app to help my son study the 50 states. This app is glitchy and gimmicky. Not good for studying or learning.

Unable to restore purchase
Honestly this is the best kids game I have seen. It has it all - coding, spelling, math, and small fun things like dress up and pet hygiene. Unfortunately I’ve had to RE-purchase the LIFETIME subscription 3 times so far. It seems every time the app updates I have to buy another lifetime subscription. Very frustrating.

Ripoff doesn’t restore subscription
I bought the lifetime subscription because my kiddo really enjoyed it. It needed to be restored, but it won’t restore, it says my subscription is expired. That’s a ripoff!

Puzzles never work
This app is ok. But every time you have to put together a puzzle, none of the pieces go on. It always says ‘try again’ even when we are putting the pieces in the correct spot. Super frustrating.

Won’t honor my purchase
I purchased this on my iPad for my son and on the same apple account on the kids iPad it won’t install it says subscription expired. I paid $20 and it was supposed to be for a lifetime use. Very annoyed
