Department use
Our department in East Tennessee uses this software on a daily basis for operational readiness, call reports and response. This software works extremely well and when we have issues the support team is on it quickly!
Better than v1
This is a big improvement compared to v1. Loving the new features. Keep it up!

One start because 0 isn’t an option
This App is absolute garbage. It never works, and the only troubleshooting the support team ever offers is “delete the app and open it back up”.
You should have made this app work before launching.

Good Morning! Please reach out to support services at 888-753-0910 or your account manager if you are having issues as this is the only way we can assist you. We are absolutely interested in fixing any issue you are experiencing. Side Note: You can also open a support ticket in your account explaining your issue in detail so our team can fix you up.
Best All In One
This is the best all in one fire department software our department has come across. Their customer service is top notch. You can’t go wrong with these guys.
