You order a cab it says 3 mins
Then it changes to 6 mins after already waiting 5 mins. Then 10mins. What does the office say, speak to the manager Monday! Doesn’t get a lone female home though does it

It doesn’t resolve the basics - like date , time and destination for booking a cab.

App won't connect
The app hasn't worked for almost 2 weeks. Station Cars don't seem to be in a hurry to fix it. Will be using Uber until the app is sorted as phoning up for a taxi take too long
There was a problem connecting to the site
Whilst not a fan of the recent redesign at least the app worked. For the past few days been getting errors: there was a problem connecting to the site - then the app crashes. Please fix it. Having to ring up is a pain

Over the last few days the app isn’t working. Please fix it. I use it regularly for airport and around town work.

Is the app down for the moment? I can’t seem to open it. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still no luck
Booking didn't work for me
Booked a taxi to Gatwick airport in-app and all seemed fine until the morning when the car didn't turn up. Called several times and kept getting put on hold or hung up on before they finally found my booking. Taxi turned up 25 minutes late and driver was half dressed with shirt open and belt undone. Completely unprofessional. He then preceded to speed and drive recklessly all the way to the airport even though I told him to slow down. Complained afterwards and the office didn't care. Will not use again. Shame.

AMAZINGLY AWESOME
I am not one to write reviews but station cars are simply amazing and like the other person said much cheaper than Uber that introduces surges in fares at short notice . I have been a customer of station cars for over 8 years and I have to say they are the best I have seen so far. What's not to like about them? Their security awareness is second to none, their willingness to please their customers is not in contest, all their drivers look neat, well dressed and professional at all times with name badges. Their cars are always clean ; I should know .. I use them a lot. Their controllers are very professional and friendly. Most of all their fares are very reasonable .. I could go on and on

Great app
Cheaper than Uber and so far more reliable - you should advertise more because I only found out about this app when I told a driver people prefer Uber because it has an app and he said “oh we have one”

Poor - search does not recognise places
Poorly designed - the search location does not recognise even the basic of local places and stations.

Works similar to uber in that you can book taxis on the app and track it. Great service and easy to use so would recommend

Crashes when you choose No to Track location even when app is not running
Would be good if the app worked properly under iOS 8 when you choose not to track location even when the app is not running. Otherwise the workflow and booking taxis is quite good.
Will not let you book cabs for the future, only immediate bookings!
This app is totally useless at the moment as it seems not to let you book cabs in the future because the calendar system in the app does not work properly. Despite trying to put a future date and time when booking it keeps reverting back to the time that it is at present rendering the app totally useless if you want to book cars in advance for a future date and time! If the app developer could note this and put this right as soon as possible so that it does not render it completely obsolete for booking in advance - that would be appreciated! At the moment however it is unusable for advance bookings!!

No show or later than the 20 mins I waited before I got in my car. Disappointed.
Use app all the time ...
And have not been let down yet. I mostly use app on train home from London to be picked up at station and a car has always been there - day or night.

Worst app ever, no pickup destinations are recognised with everywhere just saying 'results not found' and when you finally do you get a quote for a price and then the driver ends up paying you double, ridiculously bad
