Slow and clunky
App is sooo slow. Not user-friendly. I have had to quit the app and open it again because of lack of appropriate navigation/links broken.
App doesn’t work
This app literally does not work. The perfect metaphor for the entire complex.
This building is trash and so is this app.
Don’t live in this terrible place and you won’t need this awful app.
App isn’t working, but also just why?
I just downloaded the app and it isn’t working because it won’t allow me to enter in the information needed to get beyond registration (Apartment number). But beyond the glitches that most of us are experiencing, who thought residents wanted an app? We would rather have the major safety/security and other residential concerns addressed than have our money wasted on an app no one is going to really use.
