Glitchy (vanished, never to return…)

Unfortunately, a bit glitchy. After fiddling with the settings, the panel disappeared; can’t seem to bring it back. (It is running, maybe a reboot will fix it). Also, doesn’t display CPU load (per-core) just running CPU (average) load, which isn’t really what I’m after. Color themes are not *really* useful; it’s just a solid color rendering. I thought it would be selecting a true theming, e.g., “green -> red” where happy CPU is green, gets progressively more red under load, etc., but no it just changes the menubar icon to green. Meh. All that said, if not for the glitchiness I’d recommend as a basic tool for viewing system stats, reasonably priced (there are better apps, but also way more expensive).

Hello zbeckham, Is it possible the menu bar icon was hidden due to too many menu bar items? Sometimes moving other icons leftward (command+click and drag) will make space for it. You may have to move a few. Or switch to an app with less menu bar text like Finder. I will look at providing per core data and consider your thoughts on colours. Please let me know if you still have problems viewing the menu bar icon. Andy

Excellent minimalist system monitor with lots of options

I was looking for a lightweight system monitor and this fits the bill. It doesn’t take up space in the menu bar, and I can click it to find out all the details I need.

Love the stats app. That and Bandwidth+ shows me great info about my system’s operation

Nice and compact

The single, compact icon is really nice. It gives just the right amount of detail for someone who only wants to monitor high level system resource usage. It doesn't take up a bunch of menu bar space like some of the other apps. Only thing I wish is there was an option to use a slighly smaller icon, since it looks a little oversized height wise next to my other menu bar icons like the control center, wifi, bluetooth icons

A model for a great utility: simple and elegant

Stats Panle is a classic in evey regard: Easy to use, does nto distract, and compliments my workflow. Installed on all of my Macs from the tip-off!

File Can't Be Found error in Sanoma

This version causes the "File Can't Be Found" pop-up on system start-up if you have the launch on startup selected in the app settings.

It's simple and great

I really like the simplicity of the app - It would be really cool if there were some options on where it shows up on your screen (like a sidebar or such). Other than that, It's awesome and it doesn't seem to bog down my computer at all.

Concise

I like the features it brings with CPU usage, RAM, disk readouts, but it needs temperature as well. Temperature is a key feature missing and extremely useful when your MAC/PC is running hot under a load - Plainly it needs a Temp readout for the CPU.

Hello Jar.usmc, I have just published a five year update which a bunch of new features including new dynamic menu bar options and performance improvements, but we have also got a temperature bar. Although it doesn’t show the degrees, it shows the apple thermal state which is an App Store friendly way to getting temperature data. I hope you will check it out. Thank you, Andy

decent app

Decent app, I would give it a 5 stars if it can be add to notification setting and show the panel on the side instead right in the middle. It is contradicting to have nail button for stat panel in the middle of my screen

Nice, wish it could use interval tracking ...

Nicely compact display, useful metrics. I wish that it could utilitze a user-defined interval(option) for measuring and reporting. I'd like to be able to set it to report every 10 (or 15 or ???) seconds, rather than only near real-time. Perfect for an older MBP with 1440x900 (native, I use SwitchResX to simulate retina resolution) resolution. Nice alternative to a more expensive alternatives that is not as compact.

Nice, but needs network tracking

It's hard to complain since it's free, but I wish it would track in/out network data.
