Lifting arrives. Plan strength routines, record sets live or after the fact, and keep every exercise, weight, and rep in your permanent record. Apple Watch shows the plan set by set — supersets included — and a set entered on the watch completes the matching set on your phone. You can even point the camera at a gym machine to identify it and start from the right exercise. Care Team: link with your clinician using the office code they give you, during onboarding or any time from Health. Your clinician confirms your identity on the StatsKey Clinician Portal before any connection is made, you choose exactly which record categories to share and for how long, and you can revoke access at any time. Private records stay out of every share. Activity is now one data-first home: Today's Fitness leads with a single Start control, planning your training is one always-visible link, and Record Weight sits beside the workout action with a focused measurement flow. The complete performance record follows with range controls, totals, charts, trends, maps, and personal bests. Intelligence answers quantitative questions about your records with exact arithmetic computed in app code — including several questions chained in one message, each broken out and answered programmatically. Year-scale questions no longer fail on large histories: long glucose ranges return complete weekly and monthly summaries in seconds, and substance history has no record cap. Private substance records join calculations only after a per-provider consent, and only computed aggregates ever reach a provider — never the records themselves. Meal photos can now estimate how much you actually ate: photograph the plate before and after, and the app adjusts only confidently matched foods, with nothing applied until you review it. Background GPS permissions are now explicit: an active workout continues when you switch apps or lock your phone, and Always Allow is an optional upgrade in workout setup and Settings.
