STATworkUP version 19.1 + instantly produces a vast array of associated differential diagnoses for thousands of symptoms and signs included in its very large and comprehensive multi-specialty database. Easily select any symptom or sign from the full Symptoms table, or from the Findings list. That will drill-down to the detailed Info view containing a concise narrative overview for the selected item. Then, in the Info view just pop open the CORRELATE panel and choose the "CONDITIONS" menu entry to quickly generate a table of associated Diagnoses for the item. Also, If you want to see a list of all the Differential Diagnoses for any Diagnosis on the full Diagnoses table, simply tap on a Diagnosis to drill-down to its detail Info view. Then tap on the CORRELATE button in that view. When the Correlate panel opens choose the "DIFFERENTIAL" item. That will build a full list of Differential Diagnoses and conditions that can cause the selected Diagnosis, without regard to likelihood settings, or whether findings have been check-marked or not. The resulting list of Differential Diagnoses will be displayed alphabetically, and will not be prioritized. Additionally, if symptoms have been check-marked as Findings then a table of their collective possible "Causes" can be prioritized as more or less likely by adjusting the Causes table probability meter.
