We Love Stax
They have the best breakfast in Greenville hands down! They even serve it all day. Their pancakes are always just right with a slight buttered crisp edge. Their omelettes are so tasty and they are pretty large. I usually can’t finish a whole one in one sitting and love creating my own where I pick the inside contents. They offer Turkey sausage and bacon as an alternative if you do not eat pork and a lot of breakfast places do not. Their smoothies are delicious and my favorite is the peach mango as it is perfectly blended. Stax Omega is always busy with people and that should tell you something. We’ve eaten inside plenty of times with our kids in tow and we have also don’t tons of curbside pickups. Either way, we are never disappointed in the quality of the food and the nice employees.
