I’ve tried some of those other “big box gym” apps and it doesn’t even come close to the experience you will get here.
The community that Wendy and her team has built is AMAZING! Not only am I in the best shape of my life now but also I’m made so many new friends, learned a ton of new recipes, and honestly I just feel at home with everyone being so supportive and empowering.
I would recommend these classes to anyone.
