Best mapping app for hikers!

I've tried quite a few apps, until I finally came across this one. It's fantastic. Elegant user interface and attention to detail, like the location cursor is a ring - not a dot - so you can see exactly where you are. I really like the contour shading and direction arrows too. I also use paper maps and so the grid reference screen is perfect for me - very cool feature! I'd recommend this app to all hikers and walkers - inexpensive too!

Great app for hikers and dog walkers!

I use this app all the time now when trying out new walks with my dog. It shows me exactly where I am in relation to the footpaths around me, which is very useful when the footpath is through the middle of a field with no obvious "path" to follow. Very highly recommended.

No need for WiFi

Stay on track is a great way to stop you from getting lost up mountains! It's easy to navigate and you don't need WiFi, which is great when you stuck up a mountain somewhere with no signal. Would be great to have a search bar on it though.
