False advertising. Misleading based on Stayconnect name
This name should really be changed. Hyatt hotels offer stayconnect remote connections, not to be confused with this app. This is not compatible and they are likely racking in sales from people not actually using the product just because of the name

It was recommended by the timeshare hotel that I connect using this app. It does not work at all. There is no way to cancel the subscription I paid for in the app itself. Why is that? Fraud!!
