App is very buggy.
App continually times out and crashes. Even with good mobile internet service or on Wi-Fi. You have to delete the app and re-install to get it working. Please update.
Horrible app
Useless and supposed to be used for work which is almost impossible. Utter trash
Verging on unusable
It is, quite frankly, a chore to use this app. It runs slow in general, and at least once per work week I have to delete the app off my phone and reinstall. Thankfully it has only erased my work once, but this is ridiculous. Like, do you need a better software dev? I can't imagine coding an app to stay open without crashing for a weekend is too difficult.

Worst app on the App Store
If I could give this zero stars I would. This is the least reliable app, quite literally always has an issue if it’s not one thing it’s another. You have to delete and redownload daily just to use it, and even then it’ll probably bug out and delete all of your work.

Not user friendly
I am just a user and it is not at all friendly to use in the retail environment. It is not up to speed with the latest iOS update, so it is stuck in cyberspace. The only solution is to delete and reinstall. Now how fun is that!!! Anyway, I am just a user.
