Its purpose is to allow merchants to easily, digitally, and instantly accept StayPlus credits used by customers, ensuring a fast, secure, and fully traceable payment process. The app is the main tool merchants use to manage payments, check balances, approve transactions, and monitor their activity within the StayPlus circuit. Everything happens through a smartphone—no additional terminals, no paper vouchers, and no complex software. How does it work? When a customer receives StayPlus credits (from their hotel or employer), they can spend them at any affiliated business. Using the StayPlus Store app, the merchant scans the customer’s dynamic QR code to start the transaction. The app immediately displays the available balance, and the merchant enters the amount to charge. The transaction is completed in real time. The whole process takes just a few seconds and eliminates any risk of error: it’s automatic, digital, and fully traceable.
