Added support for cleaning the same room more than once a day. - The cleaning list is split by round, with the round number shown beside the room number - Leaders and above can add a round during the day, and remove rounds they added - Nothing changes if each room is cleaned once a day "Hotel" is now called "Facility" throughout the app. Internal improvements to how the cleaning list is loaded, and less unnecessary network traffic.
