One of the worst delivery services available In BD. I had been waiting for two days for a simple pick and drop request. They failed to send their rider for 2 days. When i raised the complain, everytime i call they say the same formatted robotic words that they are sorry and it will be fixed. But nothings fixed. Absolutely disgusting customer care.

I'm from moulvibazar. I was a merchant. Once a delivery boy got into an unnecessary argument with me & was extremely rude & insolent. He started to threaten me that he's gonna get my merchant acc blocked. Then the manager of the moulvibazar seaction called me & started to harrass me verbally & ended up blocking my merchant acc. They don't know basic respect for their customers & even merchants?? Plz check into ur moulvibazar team, they're making ur entire agency look horrible in our city.

One of the most bad courier service in Bangladesh, software has many bug and no cancellation system and also incomplete software and didnât pick the parcel in time and also didnât deliver, The rider demand more delivery charge then their official charges, customer care service is not friendly they did not give the right answer to the customer and they have many fake positive reviews so please avoid this courier.
