Your workout now lives on the Lock Screen. Start a session and see a live timer, your workout name, and your current exercise on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — tap to jump right back in. A new Analytics tab in Train. Get a recap of any period: workouts, time trained, and your strength-vs-cardio mix, each compared to the period before. Build your own workout charts. Pick a metric, an exercise or muscle group, and a date range — then add the chart to your page and arrange it your way. Snap a photo for AI macros. The Ask AI estimator now reads a photo of your plate or a nutrition label for more accurate calories and macros. Set your rest timer to any length. A new Custom option means you're no longer limited to the presets. See your profile the way your partners do. Tap your name in Settings and choose View as Partner to check exactly what you're sharing.
