Steadfast courier app is not that much reliable and payment procedures are slows.
Payment request record issue
There is no notification or message of payment is transferring or in progress . No record of showing that . Directly shows zero balance in account . If merchants don’t get his payment then there is no proof of payment that was request to transfer .
