Not a complete steam table app
Need option to select customised units for pressure temperature and output valuea like enthalphy etc
Cuatomised units like kcal, kg/cm2 etc are required.
Kindly bring these updates.

Scadente. Non vale la pena comprarla: troppo cara per quello che fa. Unità di misura limitate ( solo kPa e gradi centigradi) , non calcola il volume specifico ed altro. Inutile.

Works amazing! Only improvement I can think of would be to add internal energy as an input.

My only issue with it is that it could not remember the setting of my preferred units other than its own default. I am sure it is easy to fix.

Mi actividad profesional tiene que ver con el uso de tablas con las propiedades del vapor, la realidad es que me facilitó sustancialmente la consulta, que anteriormente lo hacía por otros medios, físicamente con libros o vías software en línea desde la Laptop. Buen trabajo señores, felicidades.

The only gripe I have about this app is you can't put it in celsius or Kelvin for temperature, or kPa for pressure! Cmon! Some of those are SI units!
Worthless app
Cannot use this app for process engineering calcs. Max saturated steam pressure is 22 kPa. Also it reports wrong pressue values when temp is entered. Waiste of $8!!!

I am happy to use this app as a reference and for on-site working. More information than I would personally need, but that is no bad thing. A quick mental conversion from kPa to bar should not pose a problem. A bit pricey though compared to a steam tables in book form.
Lots of information but poor unit system
I work as an efficiency engineer at a power station. As such, I use steam tables on a regular basis when calculating the thermal efficiency of the power station or in other fluid mechanics problems. While the information this app gives you is accurate and comprehensive, the unit system is poor. Here in the UK the standard units for pressure and temperature are bars and degrees Celsius respectively. This app strangely makes you work in kPa and degrees Celsius. It is not difficult to convert kPa to bars but it is inconvenient. As a result I never use this app as I use other software instead.

Very handy tool
Quick reference for steam tables. Slider bar for temp and pressure is a little awkward but otherwise easy to use.
Leider noch Fehler bei der Einheitenvorwahl
Im Global Setting "Metric" kann der max Druckbereich für die Pressure Unit "kPa abs" nicht richtig eingestellt werden.
Der maximal mögliche Einstellwert ist 999 kPa. Ab 1000 kPa springt der Meßbereich wieder auf 1 kPa zurück!!!
Dadurch für Drücke größer 999 kPa oder 9,99 bara nicht nützbar! Anscheinend wird der 1000 Punkt als Komma interpretiert!
Eine Vorwahl der "Pressure Unit" in bara wäre auch in Global Settig "Metric" sinnvoll!
Ich denke, dass der Fehler schnell behoben wird. In diesem Fall würde ich auch meine Bewertung anheben.
Der Einheitenfehler ist inzwischen behoben worden. Habe die Bewertung auf 3 Sterne angehoben.
Den 4. Stern würde ich mit der Einheitvorwahl bara vergeben.

I like this app a lot. I use it every day for my thermo and hvac classes. The results match my printed tables pretty well, too.
Here's my wishlist, though:
1. Wish it add a couple more outputs like speed of sound.

This is a very handy app to have at your fingertips. Clean look, and makes it so easy to input and see results. Very pleased with my purchase and I look forward to buying the other Carmel apps.
Makes good use of iPhone capabilities
I like this better than those free web-based steam calculators. It instantly updates the results as I change the inputs so I can really see how things are affected right away.
I did some comparisons to my old college thermo text books, and the values are accurate.
I really like that you can change the units for pressure: psia, psig, etc. Great for the different types of jobs I do.

Easy to use
I like that I can just move the slider to change input values and see the outputs right away. Beats manually inputting a value and waiting for the results to update after I exit the keyboard. I also like it has so many input combinations. Great for my engineering classes.
I'd like to see email capabilities added so I can email the results to myself to plug into a spreadsheet. Maybe next version.

Good update
I find I use this app daily, and I've had nothing but accurate results so far. It's good to see periodic updates coming along. Shows that the company is serious about this app and won't leave us users hanging if we need support or a fix.
