Leider knapp der Verbindungsaufbau schon langem nicht mehr
Unbedeutender VPN Anbieter der nichts gebacken bekommt.
Steganos ist nur interessant da er so irrelevant ist dass dieser VPN bei keinem Anbieter auf dem Schirm ist. Sie sind aber so schlecht dass man sich nicht einmal registrieren kann nach der 7 Tage Testversion.

Ich habe die Vollversion dieser App gekauft.
Stelle ich als Land Argentinien ein wird Kanada angezeigt, stelle ich Türkei ein wird das Land nicht erkannt bei Google.
Richtig lächerlich hätte das Geld auch aus dem Fenster schmeißen können

These guys are the real deal when it comes to internet privacy in the modern cyberworld. I extensively researched the developer, Steganos, and combed through their website before I subscribed monthly for their VPN (this app).
Lastly, I will say the the icing on the cake is evidenced in their Privacy Policy.
I'm not sure if whoever is reading this right now is familiar with the type of Privacy Policies that the majority of companies have these days. They are extremely lengthy, full of completely unnecessary legal jargon, and terribly invasive.
Steganos' Privacy Policy is one page long. That's it. And not only that, but also I found that I didn't need a dictionary at all to get through reading it, because it was written for normal humans to understand! Imagine that!
I will also add that this app works far better as a VPN than any of the other tens, if not hundreds, of VPN apps that I have tried for my iPhone.

Cada vez que trato iniciar sesión a mi cuenta me da error 403

Si no logras crear cuenta directamente en la app visita el sitio web.
Es de los mejores que he probado, sin problema compite con surfshark o nordvpn, en serio por el precio es excelente.

Zuverlässig, schnell und problemlos
Bei mir läuft es auf iPhone, Mac und iPad absolut zuverlässig, Geschwindigkeitseinbußen sind keine spürbar, auch nicht beim Streaming - müssen also vermutlich schnelle Server dahinter stecken, einfach zu nutzen, mir gefällt das es Platform übergreifend auf 5 Geräten genutzt werden kann und das die Lösung von einem renommierten IT Security Software Unternehmen aus Deutschland kommt. Habe nichts zu meckern, nutze es oft und intensiv und denke auch Zufriedenheit sollte man hier mal kundtun

Kann nicht surfen wenn VPN eingeschaltet
Bin im Urlaub, wollte nicht ungeschützt im Hotel WLAN surfen. Wenn ich VPN ausgeschaltet habe ist das WLAN hier sehr schnell. Aber mit eingeschalteten VPN geht nichts mehr. Egal welchen Standort ich einstelle. Ich kann den Standort nicht mal ändern wenn VPN eingeschaltet ist. 7,99 € für nichts gezahlt!

Immer wieder das gleiche Prozedere. Nach der automatischen Abo Verlängerung, geht wieder einmal gar nichts! Das Geld ist schon abgebucht.

Perché a volte il programma interferisce con il Wi-Fi impedendone l’utilizzo. Anche cercando di spengerlo sia con lo switch interno sia con quello di impostazioni iOS non si disattiva, ma al contrario riaccende lo switch di impostazioni vpn. A quel punto per tornare ad utilizzare Wi-Fi bisogna disinstallare lkApp e ricaricarla. Non accade di frequente, ma è noioso.

No permite crear cuenta
Por más que intento crear una cuenta no me permite ya que aunque ponga la contraseña y su confirmación exactamente igual, aparece el mensaje de que las contraseñas no coinciden

Die App ist gut und brauchbar, allerdings ist der Support mies. Habe auch auf anderen Geräten Steganos installiert. Leider wird auf Anfragen nicht reagiert. Auf mehrere Mails kam keine Antwort. Anrufen kann man nicht. Bei Steganos wird man wissen warum.

VPN läuft jetzt stabil auf allen Geräten. Musste das Programm neu laden und mich komplett neu anmelden. Support läuft nicht rund. Das Problem mit einem anderen Programm von Steganos musste ich selbst lösen.
Ich habe VPN als Abo für den PC, da funktioniert es, noch. Zwar nicht sooo schnell, aber OK.
Auf iOS bricht das Programm ständig ab und ich muss mich neu einwählen, nervig. Nach runterladen der neueren Software und 7 Tage Test kann ich meine Nutzernummer nicht eingeben.
Habe vom Support nach fast einer Woche nichts gehört.
Suche mir wohl einen neuen Anbieter.
Noch 2 x eine Mail-Anfange gesendet, keine Antwort nach 4 Wochen. VPN erstmal über Opera realisiert. Suche nach einem Programm mit guten Support. Ähnliche Schwierigkeiten habe ich auch mit der Privicy Suite 20. Kann nicht über eine Cloud synchronisieren.
Programmierfehler? OK, kann vorkommen. Dann sollte aber der Service besser und schneller sein.
