App doesn’t work properly!! I keep getting messages that say “oops” when I click to view all or the icons. When I search for a particular item like tunics, I get pictures of tunics and have to select scroll down one at a time to view. I would rather see them all on one page and select. App is aggravating and frustrating. This is a turn away for me.
Steinmart use to be my favorite go to store. I would literally spend hours there and thousands of dollars in one shopping day. Wherever I was vacationing I had to search for a Steinmart store and shop. When it closed I cried. I miss the store so much. All my friends who I introduced to the store were hooked on Steinmart too. They too were sadden when the stores closed. I am trying to adapt to shopping online but it’s not the same. I miss the physical Steinmart stores where I could peruse and buy all I needed from clothing, shoes, bathroom, housewares, etc.,. They had it all. I miss it.

Limited merchandise and no way to filter items by size, etc. Makes me miss the brick-and-mortar stores even more. I’ll be deleting the app & hoping the website has more products and better functionality.
No men’s clothes
Steinmart was my favorite store. I shopped when I lived in Virginia and when I moved to NC. The online store is ok for my wife but there are no men’s clothes - zip, none. So, I don’t need the app, I just need a replacement for Steinmart.

Bring back the physical store
Cannot sort out clothes on app. Prices are higher. I would like to try on clothes before I buy. It’s a hassle to return stuff via the mail. Bad idea for app only.

My Favorite Store
I REALLY miss shopping at the Steinmart store. My closet is filled with merchandise from you. I actually cried when it closed. 😭
No way to customize search
This app is terrible. There is a search box only. There is no way to search by type, style, size, price, color etc. Absolutely worthless and frustrating! I gave up!

Actually I miss everything. I always bought my husbands golf clothing there! Great buys and lovely selection! Sometimes I just drive by and look at the empty building

Only one pair of petite pants?? Very disappointed that you have forgotten the petites. Had great petite section in retail stores.

I cannot find all the super tops the stores carried, likJoseph A, Peck and Peck etc. I Spent at least $150 monthly in the store. Haven’t found one thing I like on line, pathetic!!

Disappointed!
The website is super slow- it’s constantly loading with blank pages. With the few pictures I did see, I was so disappointed with the price! Now that you are online it seems you have tripled the cost of your clothes. Finally, with Steinmark’s clothes I could fit into a medium and then find an extra large that was too small. There is no way to determine that online. Now that life is getting back to normal, when are you going to open your stores again?!! PS- just trying to send a review is difficult? Every nickname I put in is used- I don’t think you actually want the reviews- I used to LOVE Steinmark and now I’m so disappointed.

All the stores in my town closed! I MISS Steinmart!...it was my GO to store!..can you bring it back?? Most of my closet is from Steinmart. I have great tops I still wear....please please open new stores...
