THIS EINSTEIN TOY IS SUSPECT SEEMS LIKE ITS INFILTRATING YOUR HOME MORE THAN HELPING KIDS LEARN ALL I HEAR IS FLASHING LET ME FIND OUT!!!!! IM NOT ABLE TO REGISTER MY EMAIL PERIOD!!!!!!! I TRIED 5 OF MY EMAILS AND ICLOUD AND NOTHING!!!!! Bought this robot for my kids and I have not been able to create an online account.

Why is this app not allowing me to create an account? I’ve been trying multiple times for hours!? It just spins? Is this being faded out?

I’ve been trying to set up my son’s robot and after we connect to WiFi and the Einstein WiFi, the app goes to “please stand by robot rebooting” screen, but then after awhile The robot says he is shutting down which I am assuming is due to inactivity.
I’ve tried resetting the reboot manually & started the process over at least a dozen times now & can’t find any troubleshooting websites or anything to assist.
At this point, professor einstein is about to meet professor dumpster.

This has been dreadful, the robot won’t connect to the internet so it is really not a lot of use. Every six months or so I have another go as it’s a very expensive doll so I kind of feel obliged to keep trying lol

Stein-O-Matic freezes at app startup and cannot enter email or password to login.
What an epic fail and now have a useless Professor Einstein that I cannot get into and reconfigure wifi settings and defaults.
