i lost my account and hundreds of dollars

i lost my accout and hundreds of dollars all gone. i leave for a month and everything gone. i put my money and time on this game to when i come back everything is gone a pay to win game that gets your money and erase you if you are not constant with the game. im sad and desappointed. i dont recomend the game

Beware! Shady practices!

After spending money in game and being overcharged and being able to prove it. I spent and email to support, support was unprofessional, told me every looks good all charges the final. So this is a real shady company, I cannot recommend any games they make. Clearly they’re involved in some shady practices. This game should removed from the App Store. I don’t know how it’s legally still there.

Scammed

Found 2 purchases for myth cards that I never made and got a refund from Apple. Company band my enter to the game unless I paid in full the refunded amount. Even though I had purchased other items, I can no longer enter the game and use them. This is a pay to win game

Not really different

Played Starfall Fantasy for 50 minutes total and all there really is to sum up is that the name is the only thing different about this mmo as opposed to the other ones by Eyougame. Aside from a clean interface and fluid gameplay, there are a number of issues that could be addressed to make this mmo stand out as worth your time. 1: there is no customization outside of premium outfits available through top up as always so there are almost 100 of the same character running around at once. 2: by the time you locate the toggle for the auto quest, you will have already been piloted into a hassle of confusion and crasy level speed with no clue as to what’s going on so you almost need auto to find out what situation you’re in which kills the thrill of discovery in a game like this. 3. The environment is gorgeous, but way too identical to the other, similar environments found in relative mmos and if the intro hints at post-apocalyptic, urban environments then why not be truthful and implement that type of setting to the game itself? What I see right now is a slightly-tweaked variant of common eastern mmorpgs and It would be great if the developers re-thought the setting and game statistics to make this all the more unique and fun to play.

Delete game

So started and the name I selected you guys decided to choose something else when I entered and when I choose outfit when designing it wouldn’t let me have it and said I can only have default. Is this a poor Nick off idea of perfect world? I mean had potential the graphics and pretty characters but there’s no trading course amd your shoved on auto from the start this game got deleted after 10 minutes I mean you choose an name and enter and it’s completely something else < that says it all to begin with.

Lost my character

Don’t waste your time I was playing on Aeos, spent money ,just for them to wipe my character, no where to be found, oh I can make another character, because that’s all it would let me do, thanks but no thanks, So lost money and character not a happy camper. Sorely disappointed with you Eyou,

Game and Apple poor service

Spent a lot of money on Friday for the next day my character go disappear.

Ripped out off

I tried to buy a .99 cent pack and it said it went through but the items never showed up. The next day I see 8 total charges and some of them for 4.99 now they won’t give me my money back.
