Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We found and fixed an issue that could cause some people to get stuck on the “Signing in” screen in certain situations, and that fix is now available in the latest version of the app. We also wanted to clarify that messaging your matches is 100% free. There is no charge to send messages once you’ve matched with someone. If you’re still experiencing any issues after updating, please contact us through the app’s support link so we can help. If the update resolves the issue, we’d really appreciate it if you would consider updating your review :)
