Crashes

App crashes constantly. Freezes every time I use it. Have to close the app out entirely and log back in if I want to switch between sites. Really frustrating.

Horrible.

All constantly crashes and lags. Impossible to use. Even web version is bad. Its a shame that AE is getting bad to that extend.

Terrible app and a black eye on the also energy platform. To think people pay a subscription for this is ridiculous.

App constantly crashes

Also Energy App constantly crashes or freezes when logging in. This has been happening for almost a year now. Haven’t seen any updates to the app to fix this issue for about a year. Sad because Also Energy just work as expected.

The worst!!

I have called repeatedly as to why the app isn’t working like it used to and they keep saying it will be up next week. I’m so unhappy I’ve been telling my customers they may want to think of going with a different platform.

Crashes

Worked great until recently. Now can’t log in at all but I can log in from PC.

Was great when the app worked. Now, it’s worthless. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that didn’t work either.

Fix your app

The app crashes a lot, won’t let me sign in for weeks at a time yet I can sign in on a pc. Just got the new iPad doesn’t work there. We use AE daily for work, this is just sad.
