Waste of time

It doesn’t say anywhere that you can’t do anything with this app if you don’t subscribe for a ridiculous price!

Not accurate

Doesn’t really isolate stems. Voices lag a bit. If you cut the guitar, it’ll cut some bass that you know is there. Apps either work or they don’t. 5 stars or 1 star. This gets 1 star.

Update review:
I received an email from the developer that said the app was fixed. It was NOT FIXED. The songs still drag along as though they struggle to play.

Attraktives Lifetime-Angebot, aber in der Praxis enttäuschend

Ich nutze seit Jahren die App Moises, um Songs in einzelne Tonspuren aufzuteilen, und bin mit deren Leistung rundum zufrieden. Auf die Stem Split App bin ich vor allem wegen der attraktiven Lifetime-Version aufmerksam geworden. Da das Angebot preislich sehr interessant ist, habe ich zunächst ein einwöchiges Probeabo abgeschlossen.
Leider konnten mich die Funktionen der App im Vergleich zu meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen nicht überzeugen. So werden beispielsweise die Akkorde aus Live-Aufnahmen nicht zuverlässig erkannt. Auch die automatisch generierten Songtexte weichen teilweise deutlich vom tatsächlich gesungenen Text ab.
Hinzu kommt, dass bei meinem Test lediglich vier Spuren erstellt wurden: Gesang, Bass, Schlagzeug und Gitarre. Dabei wurden E-Gitarre und Akustikgitarre auf einer gemeinsamen Spur zusammengefasst, anstatt getrennt ausgegeben zu werden. In all diesen Punkten liefert Moises aus meiner Sicht die deutlich besseren Ergebnisse.
Fazit: Trotz des attraktiven Lifetime-Angebots werde ich die App nach Ablauf des einwöchigen Probeabos nicht kaufen und stattdessen weiterhin bei Moises bleiben.

As misleading

Your sample ad showed you could use this with Spotify yet after subscribing I was notified that you could not use Spotify. I feel I was mislead and would appreciate a refund of my lifetime $69.99.

Doesn’t work. At all.

App loads a preselected song and there are now active buttons to do anything. Completely useless

RIP OFF

So I thought I would try this app out and payed £6.99 for one week to be told that the app is bugged out. Everytime I upload a track it’s says error. So I have payed £6.99 for nothing.

Thanks for feedback , Subscription cancellations are much easier and faster to process when we have the email address used for the subscription, as it allows us to identify the correct account like what it's done with all apps.

No way to sample your track

Before payment there is no way to know whether the track that you want to upload can be split. The sample could be only for 30secs and not necessarily the entire track.

App sucks, period, the overall quality is bad but what is worst is the customer support, it’s a constant back and forth with no clear instructions to get my money back! Please send me the contact to get my refund, it states that there is a 30 days no questions ask refund! I give it a chance but as a musician I don’t recommend it at all.

Great for song editing

Loved being able to isolate parts of my songs. Will def continue to use. Smartest option for me was to pay the one-time.

App not downloaded

I ordered and paid for the app from a Facebook ad and the program did not download. I downloaded it from the App Store and it wants me to pay again. Very disappointed and frustrated.
