I really love the concept of this app but it’s a little upsetting that it doesn’t have any free features ☹️

Thank you for the kind words about the concept - and the criticism was fair. There is now a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan, so you can use everything (app blocking, Coach, AI progress scans) and cancel any time before it ends at no cost.
