Was good till a couple months ago
When i first got it, it was working really good until a few months ago when it wouldnt start up at all. Its constantly stuck on the loading page. about a month ago it asked me to log in again so I thought it was fixed and it would go back to normal…nope back to a constant loading page I go
Problem open it
I can’t open the stepchain. And I never open the gift card I can’t open the Stepchain all week It’s loading and not open but I never didn’t get the gift cards from that app it’s always was wrong something 8/4/24 I can’t open the stepchain it’s loading and not opening 4/11/24 I can’t open the app and I never didn’t get a money from that app 5/8/24

The app stopped working
I really enjoyed this app when it was working. I was looking forward to earning a gift card and was about to cash in when the app stopped loading. I had over $300 in my account and now I can’t access it. I contacted app support over a month ago and never got a response. Very frustrating and disappointed!

Not recording my device’s step count
I tried multiple times to make the app count my apple health steps but I kept walking for hours but nothing on the data base
Won’t work for gift card!
Apparently this is another fake app, I tried buying an Audible gift card three times today with my ‘funds’, and got an “Oops, something went wrong” error. (Will rate higher if staff can fix it)

Worked for a good 3 or 4 days. I had 1.35 or so in money and now it won’t even open. It just sits on. Loading screen. My friend has the app too for the same amount of time. His won’t open either. Also, I used imperial and it doesn’t match up. It calculates in feet and it isn’t correct. Hard pass.
It’s a great but …
It’s great app with so many opportunities to make you fit and healthy… but when i try to redeem a iTunes card or Amazon gift card its said something gose wrong… i try to redeem other prizes with different times but same problem… i hope you can help me to find the problem
This hasn’t worked even one day for me :(
I’m deleting this app, no one has answered my question, additionally I played tennis for my over 2 hours today and my other apps all show around 7500-8000 steps, yet SOMEHOW this app doesn’t show me meeting my goal…again.
It hasn’t allowed me to earn one day in several weeks, even when I walked 10,000 or even 16,000 steps one day!
This app registers that I’m burning calories everyday, but it does not register any steps!?!?! Can anyone explain this to me? I’ve been using it for almost 2 weeks. If this problem isn’t fixed I will delete the app.

Stopped working
Worked for only 3 days for me. Now it shows 0 steps everyday on the app.
So many bugs
I walk daily and was saving up my points hoping to get something good. I can’t connect to “transactions” , I can’t redeem for anything in the shop and am unable to join any challenges. I tried to tough it out and hope the issues will be fixed eventually but I guess I was wrong.
