No Withdraw Option
Sure, it “lists” all of the ways that you can withdraw, but then there’s no option to actually do it. — Not happy with this. Plus no customer service tool and no way for even navigating you to withdraw. I think it’s a scam.

This app doesn’t deserve a rating except for zero to -5. So do not use this app it’s a waste of time! All you do is watch ad after ad after add on every little thing. And they don’t pay you for watching ads, which is stupid as many as they make you watch.
First they don’t tell you have to have fragments to cash out until you go to cash out. 1st Amount for cashing out is a large amount $30 It starts out pretty good giving you with what I now know as fragments and points. It’s took me 2 weeks to hit $30 but I can’t cash out because I do t receive fragments after I reached $30 and it stopped giving me points for tasks over about a week ago. It doesn’t count steps correctly at all like it shorts you 1000 to 2000 steps everyday. I’m now at $57 still can’t cash out. Still no new fragments and now not earning points. I get nothing from the app anymore especially fragments but now my points are so few I can’t get anywhere to cash out and my pot is no longer growing. It’s a total waste of time. Total waste of time 100%. There are a lot better apps out there than this one, this one is fraud. It’s a scam. It doesn’t do what it says in any way shape or form. . The developers website there is no such thing it’s a blank page and no website though the app constantly tells you you can get the rest of your points online but it doesn’t exist. These people are con artists so please stay away from StepCoin walk and earn money. Stay away from it at all costs cause you never get payout. I’m gonna file for a formal complaint against the app and developers in Al outlets cause this is ridiculous to not tell people upfront what is needed to cash out you find out when you try to cash out. This is all over the web as does not payout, wish I would have known that before putting in so much effort to earn rewards. do yourself a favor and research all apps before you download and start using them especially your step counters because they rating themselves as a 4.6 and this app is so bad I would say maybe if they were lucky I would give them one star cause it sucks.
