Doesn’t work.
It takes you to an update screen then never loads.
Not working
I purchased this app and when I go to open it I get a screen saying to update. When I got to update it says open and then takes me right back to the same update screen. I have tried to email support and the mail bounced back. I’m not happy.

Motivating and manageable
This is a great app to get started with working out again and if you need a boost and some structure. Helped me start with a simple daily plan and really worked. Highly recommend and love the music it plays every now and again to uplift! 5 stars all the way
