Constantly locking me out
I get that we need security measures but I am constantly being locked out and having to reset my password. It’s ridiculous.
Biometrics is adequate
Your app already requires biometrics in order to get into it. The constant periodic requiring of re-entering an entire long difficult password in order to access my account is ridiculous. It isn’t for my security. This is for your own security, which you should be providing for anyway by securing your stuff properly as a bank. Absolute pain and ridiculous!

Online banking
I love online banking from home.
Does not Work
For well over a month now, this app has not functioned to pay bills. When you go onto the app and attempt to pay a bill, you get a continuous spinning. wheel and the entire app locks up. Signing out and signing back in doesn’t help, nor does removing the app entirely and re-downloading it. The only way to pay my bills is on the iPhone version of the app. This is completely inconvenient and unacceptable, so please get this fixed now! Thank you.

It takes for ever to open up sometimes and it always gives me a hard time to deposit the checks.
