Sorry for the trouble. We fixed step tracking with Apple devices in the latest version, so please update the app. If tracking still does not work after updating, contact us at support@lykovstudio.io and we’ll investigate.

The app loads up in a German language; no way to change it. Tried it twice but had to delete because possible subscription charge involved. So… Can’t get the APP ADVICE LIFETIME offer, because can’t get to that screen. Get the onboarding fixed with English language, get back with APPADVICE and make that offer again so I can check it out. Looks neat.

Sorry for the frustrating onboarding experience. We fixed the language selection and onboarding flow in the latest version, including the issue where the app could open in German. Inaccurate

Steps tracking does not match other apps, including Apple Health. Very slow to update information. Widget does not update information unless you open the app, then it is very slow to change to current counts. It is able to be on Apple Watch but there is no complication for it. The steps shown on Apple Watch has not changed since using this app, remaining at 65 steps for many days. It would have been nice if something worked properly. Deleting.

Now… if I could just get a widget placed I can see my steps ad well as distance gone!
(Update): would be great if I was able to add distance! Which it won’t do. Period. Kindly fix this.

Statistics only shows a graphical line

Statistics only shows a graphical line, this is very lazy, I would prefer to see numbers each day of the week. I know you can slide your fingers to see it but watching all the details in numbers is way better.

Downloaded for the watch App - Doesn’t update

I want to like this app but the primary reason I downloaded it was the Apple Watch app but the numbers don’t update. No matter what I do, the Watch app won’t show what the iPhone app does.
I found that quitting the app on the Watch works sometimes.
Hopefully, they’ll get this sorted out soon.
