Simply Perfect

I just needed an app that would display my steps as a complication on my Apple Watch. This worked perfectly. No needless bells and whistles.

Notified

Why my Apple Watch don’t notify when I reach my goals?

No history

Works great but there is no history. I like competition and like to see a weekly history

Does not show steps

I was looking for the ability to see my steps at a glance. I expected, in error, that the actual number of steps to show on the watch face. You actually have to push the graphic to get the number of steps. I would not have paid for that feature.

Sharing and contests

You really need to make it so you can compete against friends.

Never showed up

Never showed up on complications. The app itself could have instructions but they just leave it up to you to figure out. Hate that kind of thing.

Response from developer

Sorry to hear you can not see the complication. It sounds like the App may not have fully installed on your watch. The next time you open the iPhone App (after successfully installing on the watch) the iPhone App will give you instructions on adding a complication. Could you try making sure it has installed on the watch and then opening the iPhone App again? Please do email me at support@drewwestcott.co.uk as I'd love to solve this with you.

Accurate

I can trust it to be accurate

WALK WALK WALK

SIMPLE!!! Does what I need it to do, track my steps!! Easy to use.

Step counting

So much fun

Does not show any steps

I got this app because it said it would automatically show my progress. The dial stays at zero. Feeling very frustrated

I wrote the above review and Drew responded right away with a way to fix my issue. I really appreciate the great customer support! Giving a 4, not a 5, because it would have been a lot easier for the developer to be proactive in addressing this issue so I could help myself somewhere, e.g., FAQ, help button, etc

Response from developer

Hello nyyys, Sorry to hear about your frustration. I can confirm that the App should show your Steps and the ring should update throughout the day. Can you go into the SETTINGS App on the iPhone and check under PRIVACY and then MOTION & FITNESS and make sure the switch is on for Steps Tracker. If that doesn't help, please reach out at support@drewwestcott.co.uk as I'd love to figure out why it isn't working for you.

Refreshed and renewed

Freshly updated to fit into the new Watch models and shine in the light of OS 5 yet it continues to remember its roots and remains fabulous on the original Watch.

Step tracker

Did work but for whatever reason it doesn’t work on my watch anymore which I is quite annoying.

Where’s that nice watch face preview?

How do I activate that nice chronograph watch face that is previewed in this app??? After purchasing and installing this app, that face doesn’t appear as an option under Face Gallery. Will boost my review to 5-stars if dev let’s me know how to do this, thanks.

Response from developer

Hi JJstar, Thanks for getting in touch. The watch face in the previews of the App is actually one called 'Explorer'. I've done a little bit of research and apparently it is only available to watches with Cellular. Therefore only Series 3 and 4 watches that have LTE capability. If your watch fits one of those categories, just firmly press down on any watch face scroll the Digital Crown until you see the + symbol and then look for 'Explorer'. Otherwise if your watch doesn't support LTE I don't think you will be able to choose it. Love to know what watch you are using. Kind regards, Drew

Not showing up on watch face

I bought this app so I can see my steps on my watch face. It isn’t showing up as an option when trying to customize.

Response from developer

Hello NRuck, Sorry to hear the steps complication is not showing. Which watch face are you trying to add it too? I’ve got an update due out in the next week which will support the new Series 4 faces. Please do email me on support@drewwestcott.co.uk as I’d like to get to the bottom of this. Thanks for the feedback Drew

Will not show on my face ??

I only bought this app because it said it will show on the watch face? It took some time but i had to shutdown my Apple Watch and iPhone then try it again and it still didn’t show up but in 2 hours it showed up. I’m not sure why it didn’t show up right away. So I up the stars to 4.

Response from developer

Thanks for letting me know about the issue with it not appearing straight away on your watch face Missymg2000. If you are happy to give me some more details I'd love to see if I can figure why that happened. Please feel free to email me on support@drewwestcott.co.uk. Kind regards, Drew.

how to set

how do i set the watch face on display ??
i only can change count of steps.

Response from developer

Hello Sh, You can change the watch face by adding a complication to it. If you open up the 'Watch App' on the iPhone Then tap on the watch face you use the most in the 'My Faces' section you will see a section called Complications. Choose one of these and tap on it, and then select 'Steps Tracker' You will then see your steps represented on the watch face. I hope that helps, if not do use the support email in the App Store, as I'd love to hear more from you. Drew

Force start doesn’t work

Response from developer

Sorry to hear it is not working for you. Can you let me know what is happening? Make sure that you have allowed the App to have access to your motion data in Settings, Privacy, Motion & Fitness on the iPhone. Thanks in advance. Drew

why do you charge it 12 dollars now?
