Does not update right away
There is a definite lag between the watch and the app and it doesn’t update in real time. I can look at it and sit down and it’ll show me a different number after a few minutes.

Doesn’t provide accurate step count
Compared to the other apps on my phone it is always lower. Doesn’t account for every step taken is always registering lower than the Heart app or the Pedometer app. I’ll take steps and when I go to the app they haven’t registered very frustrating

This ap has became so much harder to use! If it was a reasonable yrly fee that would be great but it’s not! Come down on ur prices please! I stopped using this for this reason because it’s hard to get to the screen without ads to even see ur steps! Very sad it has went downhill. I used to love this ap!

Way too difficult to use. The extreme number of ads makes it a challenge just to get to the actual steps. Pathetic.
