It’s good for what it is

Not gonna lie, it’s mostly for the people who have created a community there. But I love the people on the app, they have interesting talks and content, and I find myself on the app at least once a day to see what’s the topic(s) of the day.

BETTER PROMO!

This app needs some more promo on tiktok to get it bustling again!

Best talking app!!!

This app is perfect to just hop on conversations.

Wish it was still for podcasts

This app was such a great tool back in the day now because of the lack of moderation and the developers making it for chat rooms it’s jus toxic trash and weirdos

Revive this app and Bring in new content!

Only thing missing is more customizations for the avatars. The ability to lock rooms. More social media link options. Just needs a little more attention to this app!!! It has so much potential. All it needs is more people with more conversation. We need more options and more rooms.

Amazon Goddess

This app has given me friends that I’ve created my own family that I’ve never had before. From all over the world. I’ll forever be grateful that I’ve met these people. The only thing i absolutely HATE, is that I was verified, and then all of a sudden they took it away, so I stoped coming on the app. I worked hard for Tha checkmark and for them to take it away I said ok never again.

I’ve been on this app since the pandemic it used to be weekly updates. We would have better clothing like we would update the clothing and the different heads but it’s starting to go downhill a little bit because of it’s just starting to get like bland because it’s pretty much no updates

I have no idea how this app survives it’s just wide open porn.

Just stay away not worth it

Full of racist and children

Oh so whatever I put as my name is just going to be my username?

It says I can change it every 30 days, and I can change it now. Would be great if there was a save button. I really want my regular screen name. Can’t even delete and redo it. No option. Omg. Please let me change my username.

Used to be great

However doesn't seem to get many users anymore. Which is a shame as I like the app. Hopefully they can do something to bring people back to the app

It’s totally worth it buy it and get it

This is the perfect app to make a new friends and to look for your favourite stuff. I’ve been using Stereo for almost 6 years and I have been loving it ever since so I got the app. I totally recommend downloading the Stereo app if you would like to talk to people and talk about your thoughts and things.

No Accessibility

I am unable to retrieve my account. Stereo stole my intellectual property and denies me access with creating hostile entry mechanism that I can no longer use my email address. Stereo took away the ability to log in with your email address because I never had a phone number on the account.

Why You Ought To Use It

You see, the app called Stereo is nothing more — and nothing less — than a virtual echo chamber… but whether that echo becomes music or madness depends entirely upon what you shout into it.

The mechanics are simple. A global conference center, open all hours, where people gather — not in robes or suits — but in casual avatars, to talk, to rant, to laugh, to sing, or simply to be heard. It’s like finding a town square on a rainy afternoon and stepping up to the soapbox. Whether you’re serenading with a ukulele or impersonating Bugs Bunny, the mic is yours — but remember, the reaction is not.

Now, some people, like Elizabeth, find joy here. She strums, she sings, she shares. And quite rightfully, she’s delighted by the solo broadcast feature and the five-guest capacity — the digital equivalent of playing music in the park with your friends. Her only lament? That leaving a musical message involves contorting one’s toe like a yogi. (Ah, the minor absurdities of technology.)

And then there are others — upset, perhaps, because their clever mimicry got them booted. They howl about injustice, about being banned for being “too good” at voice impressions, for simply being funny. But what we see here is not persecution — it’s a mismatch between the player and the playground. Because, you see, every space — even digital ones — has its own dharma, its way, its integrity.

So, What’s Really Going On?

What Stereo really is… is a mirror. A mirror made of sound.

If you come with grace, with humor, curiosity, and compassion — lo and behold, the place fills with friends. Conversations bloom like lotus flowers. You find resonance.

But if you come angry, bitter, trolling through others’ experiences — the mirror cracks. You don’t like what you see, and blame the mirror. But that’s just it — the mirror shows what you bring to it.

And yes, the developers are doing their best to keep out bots, bad actors, and chaos agents. That’s fair. Every garden must have a gate, lest it become a junkyard.

So the lesson here, if I may be so bold, is this:

“Good people bring good conversations. And where there is good conversation, there are always good companions.”

But if you arrive expecting the world to serve you amusement without offering presence, patience, or participation — you’ll come away disappointed, and convinced the app is flawed, when it’s simply reflecting your inner state.

🎙️ Final Thoughts for my friend EMc4Life,

People like Elizabeth aren’t amazing because of the app. They’re amazing because they bring the divine spark into the app.

It’s a temple or a tavern — depending on how you treat it.

Speak wisely. Listen earnestly. Play kindly.

And if you must sing — sing your truth, even if it’s with your big toe pressing the record button.
