This app looks like a high school project
Really concerned with my pii being with this company. The app is unusable, they froze my account claiming charges were unsubstantiated. When I went to log in my account was locked, tried to call customer service, no one answers, left multiple voicemails over a week, FINALLY got a call back got into the account. Website crashes on chrome mobile browser. Tried the app, finally could see the claims, yet no provider information is attached to the claims. They require receipts to be submitted for claims that have no name attached. Only way to verify is to call them, but they never answer the phone. Talking to my hr department, this is unacceptable.

Awful
I really want my employer to go with another company. Any who, back to the app itself. Awful, doesn't work over half the time. Right now it'll allow me to log in, but then I get a blank white screen. I thought maybe it's an iOS issue but nope it's happening on my Samsung S23 Ultra too.
Unsubstantiated
Frustrated by this app and Sterling Administration Benefits Health Savings Account (HSA). HSA card has been disabled multiple times because the app does not recognize a receipt and won’t allow it to be uploaded in response to Sterlings “unsubstantiated” charge inquires and Sterling does not accept emailed copies of the receipt.

Not impressed with App or services
Wish my company had not switched to this provider. Using this app is like trying to view my information with child restrictions. Transaction history is horrible and doesn’t reflect current balances or provide any details of transaction. Trying to contact the customer service is a joke as well. First attempt I sat on hold for 10 min and was disconnected losing my place in the 27 min wait queue. When I finally got thru it sounded like I was talking to someone sitting at there kitchen table with children playing in the background.
