Glitches
The app glitches so frequently I’ve lost count how many times I’ve had to call the bank & reset my password.
Password Troubles
I’ve had to reset my password 4 times in the last month because it isn’t allowing me into my account. Anyone else dealing with that issue? Please fix
Sterling App
Overall has good features. However Sterling mobile app needs the ability to show daily interest same as the desktop app.
Incredibly rude
The Poplar Bluff bank on PP Hwy has a teller who was incredibly rude to me. She thinks it is ok to speak to customers like they are children. Very incredibly rude. I will be switching banks. Thank you teller #6 for the disrespect.
Having issues
I love this app up until recently! Now when I log into the app it automatically closes and I can not do anything within the app. Getting frustrated, please fix it.
