Not comparable to other banks’ apps. In a bad way. Log in is soooooo tiny you can hardly see
Always not working
The app is always crashing and I cant even log in. They do not provide you with alternatives or anything. Useless. Even the website is not working. Garbage. I hope theyre doing something to fix the issues
Can’t log in to my account
I tried to log in to my account but it says I’m already logged in to another device which is not true because I’m only using one device to log in. You can’t also log in in their website because you can’t find the log in option. If ever you find it which is goodluck to you - it will take forever to load. So I don’t have any way of checking my account balance.

Imagine a bank that the online banking is down for 2 weeks! I regret opening an account to this bank!!!
CRIMINALS
Sent money from Sterling to my Gcash account. Sending emails back and forth. Still havent received the money and now they are not replying🤡
Other features
I suggest to add features like generating/scanning QR code. It’s the most convenient way to send/receive money. Also, if you could consider adding features like biometrics, face ID & fingerprints for easy login.
Unable to Open the app
The app said there is a new update. However when I updated the app on apple store and opened it, it still tells me that I need to update the app and route me back to apple store, but app is already updated. Please fix this asap

your app prompts an "update" available and when i updated it, the prompt is still there and won't let me log in.

I am now having hard time to log in to my account. It says to update the app and I did. But still cant log in. Fix your app!
Poor UI/UX
Poor UI implementation. UX on the latest release update is frustrating. Updated the app via Appstore but when I opened the app it’s still prompting me to update. If you click Update it brings you to the Appstore which no longer has the Update button (because the app is already updated!).It’s a circular bug! The Release and QA teams for this app should get their act together!

Glitching
I updated the app because it says that it needs an update. After the update, the notice is still there that it needs the update. I thought it was just a glitch so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it stayed the same. Lol

LOG IN OPTION AND LEVEL OF SECURITY
You must update your app like other banks that has fingerprint sensor or at least at face id also please add an option to lock card, other bank has that. If that happen i will change my rate, but for now 3 stars is the best i can give
