To clarify, this app is specifically advertised and designed to facilitate the procurement of new insurance policies. For managing your existing policies, please use our MySterling web application, which is dedicated to policy administration. We appreciate your suggestion and will look into adding clearer signposting within the app to help direct current clients to the web portal.
